This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about coaching and development, and is committed to maintaining the highest brand standards.\nOperations Responsibilities\nDeliver exceptional customer service while upholding FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards\n\nDrive store performance by meeting or exceeding key business metrics, including:\nService revenue\n\nAverage ticket\n\nClient count\n\nRebooking percentage\n\nRetail sales\n\nIdentify opportunities for business growth through staffing, scheduling, coaching, and operational improvements\n\nOversee all aspects of team management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development\n\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and legal requirements\n\nConduct regular performance reviews and provide consistent coaching and feedback\n\nCreate and maintain team schedules to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency\n\nOversee inventory management and maintain appropriate product and supply levels\n\nAssist in forecasting sales goals, growth opportunities, and operational planning\n\nFinancial Management\nPartner with the store owner to develop and manage the store budget\n\nMonitor financial performance and analyze reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense management\n\nImplement strategies to achieve profitability, sales goals, and operational success\n\nCustomer Experience\nEnsure the delivery of high-quality services and an exceptional guest experience\n\nAddress guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner\n\nFoster a positive, welcoming, and team-oriented environment for both guests and staff\n\nLeadership, Training & Development\nLead by example through professionalism, productivity, and service excellence\n\nPerform services on guests while maintaining strong technical standards\n\nCoach, mentor, and develop team members to support individual and store growth\n\nIdentify professional development opportunities for employees and support career progression\n\nEnsure attendance and participation in all required trainings and product education\n\nConduct verbal and technical interviews to identify talent aligned with store goals and culture\n\nMarketing & Community Engagement\nPartner with the owner to execute marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition and retention\n\nSupport local events, promotions, partnerships, and community outreach opportunities\n\nAssist with social media and brand visibility efforts as needed\n\nQualifications\nActive AP Esthetician License required\n\nPrevious salon, spa, or beauty management experience preferred\n\nMinimum of 1 year of management or leadership experience preferred\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills\n\nProven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team\n\nStrong understanding of sales performance and operational management\n\nPassion for skincare, guest experience, and team development\n\nJob Details\nFull-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt\n\nPay Range, $20 -
