Must be 21 years to apply with an active and valid esthetics or cosmetology license as required by Florida law.\nREADY TO BE A PART OF SOMETHING REVOLUTIONARY?!\nAs a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…\nProvide “red carpet” level customer service at all times to every guest.\n\nPerform consecutive skincare services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, hydradermabrasion, lash lift, facial waxing, brow lamination, tinting and henna. Actively recommend additional services when appropriate.\n\nAchieve personal/store sales and service goals.\n\nDemonstrate, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.\n\nGive service recommendations and rebook clients.\n\nFollow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensuring State Board compliance at all times.\n\nCreate and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.\n\nAssist in all in store operational processes, including daily and weekly store cleaning tasks.\n\nReport directly to the Salon Manager.\n\nEnsure store standards are adhered to at all times.\n\nAccurately follow all company time keeping procedures.\n\nAttend mandatory product training and team meetings.\n\nExperience we are looking for…\nMinimum of one year recent experience working as a licensed esthetician in a luxury spa setting.\n\nExperience in dermaplaning, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting is preferred.\n\nPassion for skincare\n\nStrong communication skills.\n\nSelf-driven and motivated to succeed with a demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team.\n\nAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationships.\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive compensation based upon experience and services provided including gratuity, commission and bonus pay.
