This role is ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about leadership development.\nOperations Responsibilities\nGreet guests in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner\n\nSupport the Store Manager with daily scheduling adjustments, team breaks, and front desk operational needs\n\nAssist with inventory counts, ordering retail and operational supplies, receiving shipments, and maintaining inventory organization\n\nSupport guest retention efforts by ensuring Skin ID cards and follow-up processes are consistently completed\n\nHelp drive store and individual sales performance, including retail, memberships, and service goals\n\nMonitor retail inventory and support supply management\n\nCoach team members on customer service standards to ensure a consistent and elevated guest experience\n\nIdentify opportunities for operational growth, increased average ticket, and improved rebooking rates\n\nMaintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ cleanliness, operational, and presentation standards at all times\n\nLeadership & Training Responsibilities\nAssist in onboarding and training Front Bar Receptionists to ensure confidence in customer service, memberships, retail sales, and daily operational procedures\n\nTeach opening and closing procedures, cleanliness standards, and task management expectations\n\nSupport leadership in holding the team accountable to sales and performance goals\n\nAssist with product knowledge, retail, membership, and service training\n\nSupport ongoing coaching and development initiatives within the store\n\nHelp drive achievement of key business metrics including:\nService revenue\n\nAverage ticket\n\nGuest count\n\nGuest retention\n\nRebooking percentage\n\nRetail revenue\n\nMarketing & Brand Awareness\nSupport marketing initiatives designed to increase guest traffic, sales, and brand awareness\n\nAssist with local marketing efforts through social media, partnerships, community outreach, events, and promotional campaigns\n\nHelp promote national campaigns and local store initiatives\n\nContent Creation & Social Media\nCreate engaging, on-brand social media content\n\nEnsure all print and digital marketing materials align with brand standards\n\nAssist with submitting marketing and creative requests as needed\n\nEvent Coordination\nAssist in planning and executing in-store and community events to increase brand awareness and guest bookings\n\nParticipate in both in-store and off-site events as needed\n\nQualifications\n1-2 years of leadership, customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred\n\nPrevious salon, spa, retail, or beauty industry experience preferred\n\nStrong communication, organization, and leadership skills\n\nAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment\n\nPassion for skincare, guest experience, sales, and team development\n\nComfortable with social media platforms and content creation\n\nAbility to work nights, weekends, and
