Join us as we continue to redefine the skincare industry because we believe when you feel good, you do good.\nJob Description:\nOperations:\nDemonstrates high standards in customer service\n\nMeets financial metrics including: service revenue, average ticket, client count, rebooking, retail revenue\n\nIdentifies opportunities for growth such as, staffing, scheduling and coaching\n\nResponsible for the management of all personnel including (but not limited to) recruitment, training, product knowledge, loss prevention, performance management, safety and legal compliance.\n\nConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.\n\nCreate and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.\n\nResponsible for store's inventory\n\nHelps forecast sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans.\n\nFinancial Management\nCollaborate with the store owner to develop and manage the salon budget.\n\nMonitor and analyze financial reports, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.\n\nImplement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.\n\nClient Services\nOversee the delivery of high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction.\n\nAddress client issues and concerns, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner.\n\nMaintain a positive and welcoming environment for clients and staff.\n\nTraining and Hiring:\nLeads through teaching employees and growing their productivity, has a clear vision of individual, team, and/or personal goals. Has coaching and mentoring skills and can verbalize steps to achieve those goals.
