progression.\n\nResponsibilities & ContextLead and coordinate the Software Development Team across frontend and backend development, providing technical guidance and support.\nParticipate in client meetings with the Company Representative to understand business, functional, technical requirements, workflows, and project scope.\nAnalyze requirements and prepare project plans by defining modules, features, development tasks, technical approach, and implementation priorities.\nEstimate required development effort, development hours/man-days, number and type of developers, technical resources, and realistic project timelines for Management’s costing and pricing decisions.\nTranslate client requirements and approved UI/UX designs into clear technical specifications, development tasks, and implementation plans.\nMonitor development progress, resolve technical blockers, review source code, and ensure compliance with development, security, and coding standards.\nRemain hands-on with development when required and review application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and key technical decisions.\nConduct technical reviews, functional testing, and requirement validation to ensure the final product meets approved requirements, scope, and UI/UX designs.\nIdentify and report the impact of scope changes, technical risks, additional requirements, development effort, resources, and timeline to Management.\nComplete the final technical review, ensure project readiness for delivery, protect company/client source code and confidential information, and hand over completed projects to the General Manager/COO/CEO for client delivery.\n\nEducationBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)\nProfessional certifications or relevant technical training in Agile/Scrum, Software Architecture, Cloud Computing, DevOps, or Cybersecurity will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory.\n\nExperience3 to 7 years\nThe applicants should have
