Project Digitalization & EPMS Support\n\n Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EPMS and project digitalization solutions.\n\n Work closely with project teams to understand project progress, milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements.\n\n Translate project management requirements into practical digital dashboards, reports, data views, and system functions.\n\n Support the digital tracking of project progress, including planned vs. actual status, milestones, key deliverables, and completion trends.\n\n Assist project teams in structuring project data so that progress can be measured consistently across sites, work packages, and project phases.\n\n Support the integration of project information from different business modules, including materials, quality, EHS, documents, and approvals where required.\n\n Help define and maintain project reporting logic, status definitions, data ownership, and update rules.\n\n Work with business users to identify manual reporting activities that can be digitized or automated.\n\n Support user testing, issue analysis, and enhancement of EPMS functions and reporting solutions.\n\n Prepare user guidance, reporting definitions, and basic technical documentation for delivered digital solutions.\n\n2. Data Integration & Management\n\n Maintain the integrity and consistency of project data across operational systems and reporting platforms.\n\n Monitor data quality and identify missing, duplicated, inconsistent, delayed, or incorrect information.\n\n Understand and maintain data relationships and dependencies between different project systems and modules.\n\n Perform data validation and reconciliation between source systems, databases, and digital reports.\n\n Work with project and operational teams to resolve data-quality and data-ownership issues.\n\n Establish and maintain appropriate data structures, naming conventions, field definitions, and reporting standards.\n\n Support data cleansing, transformation, mapping, and correction activities where required.\n\n3. Digital Reporting & Dashboard Development\n\n Design, build, and maintain digital project-progress dashboards and management reports.\n\n Translate business and project requirements into clear reporting logic, KPIs, visualisations, and data models.\n\n Develop reports that consolidate project data from multiple systems, databases, files, and other approved data sources.\n\n Build reporting views for key project indicators such as progress, milestones, schedule status, completion rate, backlog, risks, and exceptions.\n\n Develop and maintain data models and analytical datasets required for project reporting.\n\n Create appropriate relationships, calculations, filters, hierarchies, and drill-down views for management analysis.\n\n Automate repetitive data preparation and reporting activities where practical.\n\n Ensure dashboards and reports are user-friendly, logically structured, and suitable for both operational and management use.\n\n Ensure reported figures accurately reflect the underlying source data and agreed business rules.\n\n Monitor dashboard and query performance and optimise slow or inefficient reports.\n\n Maintain existing reports and develop new reports based on changing project and business requirements.\n\n Support report publishing, access control, version management, and user feedback where applicable.\n\n4. Testing, Data Consistency & Reporting Accuracy\n\n Ensure consistency between source systems, databases, data models, and project-progress reports.\n\n Investigate discrepancies between operational data and reported project status.\n\n Implement validation checks to identify data anomalies, missing updates, and reporting exceptions.\n\n Ensure reports use the correct data sources, business rules, status definitions, and calculation logic.\n\n Maintain traceability from reported figures and project status back to their source data.\n\n Work closely with system owners, project teams, and business users to resolve data and reporting discrepancies.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nProject & Business Systems\n\n Understanding of project management concepts, project lifecycle, milestones, and progress tracking.\n\n Understanding of project scope, deliverables, work packages, and project structuring.\n\n Experience working with project teams, business users, and external service providers.\n\n Understanding of project-related processes such as materials, quality, EHS, documents, and approvals is advantageous.\n\n Ability to understand business processes and convert them into digital reporting requirements.\n\nData, Development & Reporting\n\n Good SQL and relational database knowledge; able to query, join, validate, and analyse project data.\n\n Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.\n\n Understanding of data modelling, relationships, KPIs, calculations, and dashboard design.\n\n Ability to link and consolidate data from multiple systems and data sources.\n\n Understanding of ETL / data transformation concepts and basic data-integration methods.\n\n Understanding of OLTP, OLAP, data warehouse, and analytical dataset concepts.\n\n Ability to troubleshoot data consistency, validation, reconciliation, and reporting issues.\n\n Basic scripting or automation capability (for example Python, Power Query, DAX, or similar) would be advantageous.\n\n Basic understanding of APIs or system interfaces would be advantageous.\n\nPersonal Competencies\n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.\n\n High attention to data accuracy and detail.\n\n Good understanding of business and project processes.\n\n Ability to translate business requirements into practical digital and reporting solutions.\n\n Strong organisational and technical documentation skills.\n\n Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple project and technical teams.\n\n Good communication and
