Introduction Location: Johannesburg Initial Contract Period: 3 months extendable Duties & Responsibilities 1. Project Digitalization & EPMS Support Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EPMS and project digitalization solutions. Work closely with project teams to understand project progress, milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements. Translate project management requirements into practical digital dashboards, reports, data views, and system functions. Support the digital tracking of project progress, including planned vs. actual status, milestones, key deliverables, and completion trends. Assist project teams in structuring project data so that progress can be measured consistently across sites, work packages, and project phases. Support the integration of project information from different business modules, including materials, quality, EHS, documents, and approvals where required. Help define and maintain project reporting logic, status definitions, data ownership, and update rules. Work with business users to identify manual reporting activities that can be digitized or automated. Support user testing, issue analysis,
