# Revenue Operations Manager

Factbird is a manufacturing intelligence suite that turns real-time production data into actionable insights. Our plug-and-play hardware and AI-powered SaaS solution help manufacturers cut downtime, improve efficiency and reduce waste. We are around 100 people across Europe and the US, growing more than 50% year over year. We have just partnered with the private equity firm Verdane to strengthen our product roadmap and expand our reach even further. We have built a solid Revenue Operations foundation, with HubSpot as our CRM, BigQuery as our data warehouse, and Power BI and Claude for reporting that the leadership team and the board rely on. Now we want to take the next step. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who doesn't just keep the engine running, but tells us where to steer it. This is a role for someone who looks at our numbers and asks "so what?" Which segments should we double down on? Where is the funnel leaking? Which investments will pay back?
