As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for working on engagements for large Global client, within Pharmacy sector and other contract related work. You’ll draft, review and negotiate agreements supporting research and development activities, provide practical, risk-based legal guidance, and help progress matters efficiently in a highly regulated environment.\nIf you believe in being a team player, can collaborate and communicate well with technical and non-technical audiences while bringing a result-driven, focused, high energy, confident, curious, quirky, and most of all fun sense of self, then this is the place for you.\nResponsibilities\nBe responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of Commercial Contracts and R&D agreements, including confidentiality agreements, investigator-initiated study agreements, research and collaboration agreements, CRO and vendor agreements, material transfer agreements, consulting agreements, grants and data or technology licence agreements\nWorking closely with our Client’s in-house legal team and stakeholders on a range of matters such as procurement, privacy, professional services, technology, information security and intellectual property, research and development, clinical studies and other pharmaceutical matters\nCollaborate with specialist legal and business functions, including intellectual property, privacy, compliance, regulatory, quality, pharmacovigilance and procurement, and coordinate their input where required\nEnsure agreements appropriately address key R&D risks, including ownership and use of intellectual property, study data and results, publication rights, confidentiality, data privacy, regulatory and quality responsibilities, liability, indemnification and insurance\nBe part of a team committed to the overall timely and accurate delivery of services and compliance with all delivery commitments to the client\nActive caseload management, including prioritization, deadlines and escalation\nAdhere to all Factor delivery processes and commitments;\nInput and manage data on Factor and client systems and keep them up to date;\nHelp develop contract templates, playbooks and other tools for use by the team;\nBe part of a team committed to continually improving our service to the client and adding value.\n\nQualifications\nYou are adaptable, authentic, accountable, and values-driven.
