We are dedicated to growing a diverse, inclusive company where individuals of all backgrounds thrive.\nWe are comprised of more than 300 lawyers, legal specialists, technologists, and process consultants across Europe and North America-join us!\nWe’re looking for a Senior Manager/Clinical Trial Subject Matter Expert to join us in our team in Wroclaw working with a global pharma client\nKey Responsibilities\n\nClient Delivery & Legal Leadership\nDraft, review, and negotiate complex pharmaceutical manufacturing and manufacturing-related agreements, including CTA's, supply agreements, logistics services agreements, development and technology transfer agreements, contract manufacturing agreements, CDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.\nAct as a senior escalation point for high-risk or complex contractual matters.\nProvide structured contract analysis and risk assessments, including support in dispute-related matters where required.\nEnsure alignment with client policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.\nOperational & Process Transformation\nLead initiatives to refine legal review triggers and reduce unnecessary legal involvement in low-risk agreements, enabling efficient allocation of legal resources.\nAnalyse contracting data (including AI-supported clause analytics) to identify negotiation patterns, optimize templates, and reduce escalation cycles.\nDrive standardization of clauses and fallback positions to improve consistency and negotiation efficiency.\nEnhance and maintain contract reporting dashboards, including volume tracking, complexity indicators, ageing analysis, and region-level performance metrics.\nProactively identify structural improvements to reduce time-to-contract and improve overall contract lifecycle management.\nAI & Innovation Enablement\nChampion adoption of AI-enabled contracting tools, including clause analytics and negotiated outcomes analysis.\nPartner with internal technology, CRU, and R&D teams to develop AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable client value.\nTranslate AI insights into practical guidance, improved templates, and scalable contracting strategies.\nPromote data-driven decision-making across stakeholders.\nStrategic Stakeholder Engagement\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with Legal, Procurement, R&D, Tech Ops, QA, Insurance, and Privacy stakeholders.\nPosition Factor as a trusted advisor and central contracting partner.\nLead proactive communication during resourcing changes, process transitions, and structural improvements to ensure delivery continuity.\nSupport business reviews and contribute data-backed insights to client leadership discussions.\nResourcing & Team Leadership\nSupport resourcing strategy, onboarding, training, and transition of work across regions where required.\nCoach and develop junior legal professionals;
