To support this massive expansion and the high volume of monthly onboardings, we are looking for a Mid IT Systems to join our Tech team in Barcelona (Hybrid). If you love automation, and want to build a scalable access infrastructure from scratch using AI and agile methodologies, this is your place!\nThe Role\nAs our Mid IT Systems engineer, you will own the administration of our Microsoft Entra ID and Azure cloud platform, not the server infrastructure itself, but the platform administration: users, groups, and organizational structure. You will act as the Product Owner of the Microsoft Entra ID area within Factorial, applying IAM knowledge to structure the organization by departments, groups, and roles, and defining the right permission model for each person.\nFluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.\nWhat You’ll Do?\nEntra ID Administration: Manage users, groups, and organizational structure within Microsoft Entra ID, acting as the Product Owner of this area.\n\nIAM & Access Governance: Apply IAM knowledge to define what permissions each person needs and structure the organization by departments, groups, and roles.\n\nPrivileged Access Management: Configure and manage PIM (Privileged Identity Management) to grant temporary elevated privileges for accessing Azure resources.\n\nAzure Foundry Deployment: Manage the deployment (when needed) of Azure Foundry, where BI and AI models are deployed, interviewing stakeholders to determine which AI model is needed, expected token consumption, and configuring the model and rules for each profile.\n\nOur Tech Stack:\nIdentity & Cloud: Microsoft Entra ID, Azure (platform administration, not server infrastructure), PIM.\n\nAI & BI Deployment: Azure Foundry.\n\nInfrastructure as Code (good-to-have): Terraform.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For?\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID administration.\n\nIAM knowledge: understanding of permission structures and how to organize a company by departments, groups, and roles.\n\nExperience configuring PIM to manage privilege escalation for Azure resource access. (good-to-have).\n\nKnowledge of Azure services, specifically Azure Foundry for BI and AI model deployment.
