In this role, you’ll own our paid acquisition strategy, experiment with new growth opportunities, and work closely with Marketing and Sales to turn campaigns into qualified pipeline, new customers, and recurring revenue.

You’ll lead the strategy and execution of our paid acquisition channels in Mexico, reporting to our Paid Growth leadership. Your mission is to scale customer acquisition, improve marketing efficiency, and strengthen Factorial’s position in the Mexican market.
We’re looking for someone who goes beyond clicks and leads - someone who understands how performance marketing contributes to pipeline quality, customer acquisition, and long-term revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms for the Mexican market.
Develop and execute performance strategies focused on qualified pipeline, cost per deal, and MRR growth.
Partner closely with the Mexican Sales Development team to improve lead quality and optimize full-funnel conversion.
Build a test-and-learn roadmap across bidding strategies, targeting, messaging, and ad formats tailored to the Mexican audience.
Collaborate with CRO and Content teams to improve landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance and connect marketing investment to closed-won deals and recurring revenue.
Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities within the Mexican B2B landscape.
Own performance marketing reporting and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate attribution and data-driven decision-making.
What Are We Looking For?
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or lead-generation environments.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
Proven experience scaling paid acquisition campaigns while improving efficiency and business outcomes.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate campaign performance into actionable growth strategies.
Experience with ad copywriting and a strong understanding of creative performance and audience testing.
A commercial mindset and the ability to connect marketing metrics with pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue.
A proactive, self-driven team player who thrives in cross-functional and international environments.
