We combine creativity, data, and experimentation to build impactful campaigns and drive sustainable growth across markets.\nAbout the Role\nYou’ll lead the strategy and execution of our paid acquisition channels in Mexico, reporting to our Paid Growth leadership. Your mission is to scale customer acquisition, improve marketing efficiency, and strengthen Factorial’s position in the Mexican market.\nWe’re looking for someone who goes beyond clicks and leads - someone who understands how performance marketing contributes to pipeline quality, customer acquisition, and long-term revenue growth.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn and optimize paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms for the Mexican market.\n\nDevelop and execute performance strategies focused on qualified pipeline, cost per deal, and MRR growth.\n\nPartner closely with the Mexican Sales Development team to improve lead quality and optimize full-funnel conversion.\n\nBuild a test-and-learn roadmap across bidding strategies, targeting, messaging, and ad formats tailored to the Mexican audience.\n\nCollaborate with CRO and Content teams to improve landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion rates.\n\nAnalyze campaign performance and connect marketing investment to closed-won deals and recurring revenue.\n\nIdentify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities within the Mexican B2B landscape.\n\nOwn performance marketing reporting and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate attribution and data-driven decision-making.\n\nWhat Are We Looking For?\n3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or lead-generation environments.\n\nStrong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.\n\nProven experience scaling paid acquisition campaigns while improving efficiency and business outcomes.\n\nA data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate campaign performance into actionable growth strategies.\n\nExperience with ad copywriting and a strong understanding of creative performance and audience testing.\n\nA commercial mindset and the ability to connect marketing metrics with pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue.\n\nA proactive, self-driven team player who thrives in cross-functional and international environments.\n\nProfessional fluency in English.\nBenefits\n\nPerks of being part of our team!!\nHigh-growth, multicultural, and friendly environment.\n\nLanguage exchange at Factorial.\n\nGrocery vouchers\n\nFree coffee and tea\n\nPrivate health insurance, including nutrition and therapy support.\n\nWellhub (Gympass)\n\nHybrid work model and shorter Fridays.\n\nBreakfast and snacks\n\nFactorial is an all-in-one HR software and a fast-growing company founded in 2016.
