You’ll be the technical point of contact for enterprise and strategic accounts, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Data, Partnerships, and Sales to remove technical blockers and drive a smooth path to go-live.\nThis is not just an integration role. Think “customer engineering”: you’ll solve a broad set of technical challenges that may block implementation and adoption, spanning APIs and product knowledge.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAs a Forward Deployed Engineer at Factorial, you will:\nOwn the end-to-end technical workstream for enterprise accounts\nLead technical discovery, workshops, and solution design sessions with both technical and business stakeholders.\n\nTranslate requirements into an executable delivery plan: scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance criteria.\n\nGuide technical onboarding end-to-end: advanced configuration, data onboarding, integrations where applicable, testing, validation, and go-live.\n\nAct as the escalation owner for complex technical blockers, driving resolution end-to-end.\n\nSolve complex technical problems hands-on\nInvestigate and diagnose difficult issues.\n\nAnalyze product behavior in real customer scenarios.\n\nUse logs, data, and operational signals to narrow down problems and reduce time-to-resolution.\n\nBuild lightweight tools when needed (scripts, validators, queries, utilities) for migrations, reconciliation, data cleanup, or verification.\n\nProvide technical support to customers via email and ticketing channels, addressing questions, following up on issues, and guiding customers on the functionality and operation of integrations.\n\nMonitor and follow up on integration-related issues, ensuring clear communication with customers through resolution.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou’re likely a great fit if you:\nHave 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, implementations, solutions engineering, customer engineering, advanced support, or professional services in a SaaS environment.\n\nHave an engineering mindset and can go deep when needed (debugging, data investigation, scripting) while also leading customer conversations with confidence.\n\nHave proven delivery management skills:\nYou’ve worked with sprints or similar execution cadences.\n\nYou’re comfortable using Jira (or equivalent) for planning and tracking.\n\nYou can manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication effectively.\n\nBring strong troubleshooting fundamentals: root-cause analysis, mitigation design, and incident communication.\n\nHave hands-on knowledge in at least two of the areas below (and are excited to learn the rest):\nAPIs and integrations\n\nData management and migration.\n\nIdentity and access\n\nAre comfortable operating with enterprise customers:\nConfident in meetings with senior customer stakeholders, including occasional in-person sessions.\n\nSkilled at managing scope, risks, and expectations in high-stakes contexts.\n\nAble to document and explain trade-offs clearly.\n\nThrive with autonomy and ownership: you prioritize well, keep momentum, and coordinate across multiple teams.\n\nSpeak fluent English and Spanish\n\nBonus Points if You\nHave experience with enterprise security processes (security questionnaires, reviews, change windows).\n\nAre familiar with cloud concepts (Azure or equivalent) and observability tooling (logs, metrics).\n\nHave worked in HR tech, payroll, time tracking, identity, or other complex B2B domains.\n\nHave experience in fast-paced environments where ambiguity and change are constant.\n\nBenefits\nPerks of being part of our team!!\nHigh-growth, multicultural, and friendly environment.\n\nLanguage exchange at Factorial.\n\nGrocery vouchers\n\nFree coffee and tea\n\nPrivate health insurance, including nutrition and therapy support.\n\nWellhub (Gympass)\n\nHybrid work model and shorter Fridays.\n\nBreakfast and snacks\n\nFactorial is an all-in-one HR software and a fast-growing company founded in 2016.
