We believe that the best ideas can come from anyone, anywhere, at any time, and that curiosity is the key to anticipating our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations.\nLocation: New York City\nWorking Environment: Hybrid (role not available as fully remote) \nYour Team's Impact\nThe CUSIP Senior Content Manager - Private Credit is responsible for leading the development, governance, and delivery of high-quality private credit and syndicated loan reference data.\nYou will serve as a subject matter expert across loan documentation, identifier administration, data quality, and market workflows, partnering with business, technology, product, and client-facing teams to strengthen operational processes, support market adoption of private credit CUSIPs, and ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled data capture across the private credit lifecycle.\nWhat You'll Do\nAct as a subject matter expert for private credit and syndicated bank loan data, supporting the private credit markets from origination through syndication (if applicable), closing, and post-close amendment activity.\nPartner with business and technology teams to identify operational challenges, define requirements, implement solutions, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and strengthen data quality controls.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across departments and management levels to support the growth and market adoption of private credit CUSIPs.\nEnsure accurate identification of loan market data using both documentation and external sources.\nEstablish private credit data capture and governance, managing key private credit instrument attributes including CUSIPs, lender information and other loan terms and conditions.\nServe as a key point of contact for client inquiries, delivering loan market expertise and supporting product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders.\nProvide accurate and timely loan market data and analytical expertise.\nBuild and leverage loan industry relationships to grow direct lending requests.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Skills\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).\nExperienced interpreting SEC filings, credit agreements, amendments, financial covenants\nDeep understanding of private credit, syndicated bank loans, leveraged finance, and investment-grade loan market workflows.\nStrong knowledge of loan documentation, amendments, financial covenants, lender information, and key instrument terms and conditions.\nDemonstrated expertise in reference data management, loan identifier administration, CUSIP assignment, and data quality governance.\nProven ability to apply market, product, and operational knowledge to support client needs, product development, and private credit data strategy.\nDesired Skills\nAdvanced degree, professional certification, or specialized training in finance, credit markets, data management, or financial services operations.\nWhat's In It For You\nAt FactSet, our people are our greatest asset, and our culture is our biggest competitive advantage.
