You will help shape our approach to planning and performance management, building robust financial models, evaluating opportunities and enabling informed decision-making across a wide range of future scenarios.\nThis is a highly commercial and collaborative role, with the opportunity to work across different areas of Faculty and help us understand the financial implications of the decisions we make as we scale.\nWhat you'll be doing\nLead financial modelling, scenario planning, and strategic analysis to support business growth, identify risks, and evaluate UK and international opportunities.\n\nPartner with senior stakeholders across commercial, delivery, operational, and other teams to provide financial insight and challenge that informs key business decisions.\n\nSupport business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, translating operational and commercial drivers into clear financial outcomes.\n\nAnalyse pricing, customer and project profitability, and commercial performance to identify opportunities for sustainable and profitable growth.\n\nMonitor key business and financial metrics, identifying trends and delivering actionable recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability.\n\nSupport executive leadership with financial analysis, investment cases, and strategic decision-making across new and existing growth initiatives.\n\nDevelop financial models and business cases to assess new opportunities, investments, and different growth scenarios.\n\nDrive continuous improvement in financial reporting, forecasting, and data analytics, using automation and technology to improve the quality, speed, and accessibility of financial insight.\n\nWho we're looking for\nHighly analytical, with strong financial modelling and problem-solving skills.\n\nAdept at tackling complex and ambiguous problems, turning data into clear, practical recommendations.\n\nStrategic thinker who challenges assumptions and brings fresh ideas to the table.\n\nCommercially minded, with a clear understanding of how financial and operational decisions drive business performance.\n\nStrong business partner capable of building trusted relationships and communicating complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.\n\nComfortable working across different parts of a growing business while successfully balancing multiple priorities.\n\nProven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of delivering high-impact work.\n\nQualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), or possess equivalent experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related analytical role.\n\nOur Interview Process\nTalent Team Screen (30 mins)\n\nIntroduction Call with Hiring Manager (30 mins)\n\nCase Study Interview (45 mins)\n\nMeet with the Team (60 mins)\n\nOur Recruitment Ethos\nWe aim to grow the best team - not the most similar one.
