This will be a highly collaborative role, working in a high-agency learning and development function, partnering with an array of stakeholders and course facilitators.\nThis role suits somebody highly organised, who enjoys ticking off to-do lists, thrives in context switching and enjoys the opportunity to identify where processes can be improved with the autonomy to build a solution that suits.\nThis role requires a regular presence in the London office (minimum 3 days per week) to ensure smooth delivery, strong collaboration, and a consistently high-quality learner experience.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nCoordinating Faculty's end-to-end onboarding programme for all new joiners, managing schedules, logistics, facilitators, and communications while co-hosting cohort sessions in person.\n\nManaging day-to-day administration of our Learning Experience Platform (Sana), including content uploads, tagging standards, user enrollments, and basic technical troubleshooting.\n\nSupporting the Faculty-wide learning calendar and workshop logistics, handling invitations, materials, attendee tracking, and continuous improvement evaluation surveys.\n\nCollaborating with Subject Matter Experts to update learning content, maintain brand standards, and manage document version control.\n\nUtilising cutting-edge AI tools to increase efficiency across content creation, communication drafting, and learning administration processes.\n\nGenerating regular LXP analytical dashboards and insight summaries to track engagement, compliance, and overall operational performance.\n\nLiaising across cross-functional teams, external partners, and facilitators to deliver seamless, clear, and timely communication for all learning initiatives.\n\nWho we're looking for:\nYou bring experience in L&D, HR operations, events, or programme coordination, with a strong foundation in managing multi-stakeholder workflows.\n\nYou are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, easily balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nYou possess digital confidence and a strong tech aptitude, ideally with exposure to LXPs/LMSs (such as Sana) or adjacent HR tools.\n\nYou are an articulate communicator who builds clear, effective relationships with learners, internal experts, and external contributors alike.\n\nYou embrace an innovative mindset, proactively exploring AI and digital tools to streamline manual processes and raise delivery standards.\n\nYou thrive on taking ownership and bringing an adaptable, solutions-focused approach to high-touch learner support.\n\nOur Interview Process\n1) Talent Team Screen (30 mins)\n2) Panel interview with L&D Associate and People Team (60 mins)\n3) Interview with Head of Talent Development (60 mins)\nOur Recruitment Ethos\nWe aim to grow the best team - not the most similar one.
