Faculty’s Life Science’s team is concentrated on building AI solutions which optimise the research and commercialisation of life-changing therapies.\nWe partner with major pharma firms, academic research centres, biotechs and MedTech companies to design and deliver solutions which address critical healthcare challenges.\nAbout the role:\nThis is a newly-created role for an individual who wants to take the next step in their technology consulting career and wants hone their skills and knowledge of end-to-end AI transformation. As a Senior Associate, you’ll be part of a close-knit team - scoping, building and delivering impactful AI projects for our pharmaceutical clients. We’ll look to you to build trusted client relationships, analyse requirements and feedback, stay on top of workflows and help to ensure our bespoke AI solutions are optimised for real-world operations.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nManaging individual work streams to support the successful delivery and implementation of bespoke AI solutions.\n\nWorking side-by-side with life sciences stakeholders to understand critical mission challenges and user needs\n\nConducting open-source analysis to support the development of cutting-edge AI tools\n\nTranslating complex operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams.\n\nDesigning and testing workflows that support user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments\n\nCollaborating closely with technical teams to ensure projects run smoothly and solutions meet customer needs\n\nContributing to internal thought leadership, strategy, and capability development across the team\n\nWho we're looking for:\nYou have prior consulting experience delivering technical transformation projects\n\nYou've worked in a Life Sciences company, or with Life Sciences clients\n\nYou've worked alongside technical experts in Data Science / Machine Learning / Software engineering to scope, design and deploy a solution\n\nYou demonstrate analytical thinking, can clearly communicate ideas, and synthesise complex information\n\nYou have external client-facing experience and have built trusted relationships which have contributed to the overall success of projects\n\nYou understand Agile and related methodologies and the basis of iterative development and continuous delivery\n\nYou are thoughtful and proactive in ambiguous situations, keen to take initiative and own finding solutions to challenges\n\nOur interview process:\nTalent Team Screen (40 mins)\n\nIntroduction Interview (60 mins)\n\nCase Study Interview (60 mins)\n\nInterview with Business Unit Director (30 mins)\n\nOur Recruitment Ethos\nWe aim to grow the best team - not the most similar one.
