This is a fast paced and demanding role which, in addition to mission area context, requires programme delivery mastery and an ability to think thoughtfully and creatively about the role for AI in the core public services we utilise on a daily basis.\nYou can expect to lead portfolios of work for our customers, which range from experimental applications of emerging technologies, to products that we progress through a complete development lifecycle and deploy for users in Government.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nManaging the delivery of multiple, complex programmes of work for our Public Services clients including strategy, R&D, and product builds.\n\nOverseeing a portfolio of projects across multiple facets of the Public Services including the Home Office, Department for Education and others.\n\nDeveloping and owning compelling proposals to grow our Public Sector portfolio.\n\nMentoring and developing team members, aligning their responsibilities with the critically important Public Services work for which we’re responsible.\n\nWorking strategically to deliver meaningful outcomes for public sector organisations rather than just focusing on outputs.\n\nForming strong, trusted relationships with senior government customers and collaborating closely with other consulting partners where needed\n\nAdvising clients on AI strategy and technical implementation, engaging confidently in technical discussions with directors.\n\nSupporting wider business efforts as a Senior Manager to ensure maximum strategic flexibility and commercial impact.\n\nWho we're looking for:\nYou bring a strong background in leading complex, large-scale transformation programs within the Public Services domain\n\nYou have a proven track record of delivering GDS-style digital products and operationalising AI-enabled services in Government\n\nYou demonstrate experience across Government, academia, or industry, with a deep understanding of public sector needs\n\nYou show a genuine passion for AI and ML, with the creativity to translate these concepts into real-world applications\n\nYou understand commercial consulting models and excel at driving account growth and project oversight\n\nYou apply a structured, thoughtful approach to problem-solving to consistently deliver high-quality work on critical projects\n\nThe Interview Process\nTalent Team Screen (30 minutes)\n\nIntroduction to the team (60 minutes)\n\nCase Study Interview (60 minutes)\n\nCulture and Leadership Interview (60 minutes)\n\nOur Recruitment Ethos\nWe aim to grow the best team - not the most similar one.
