with diverse business interests is seeking a competent, results-driven, and strategic Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects across its subsidiaries and business units.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPrepare periodic project performance reports and present progress updates to executive management.\nOversee project procurement coordination, contractor performance, and contract compliance.\nMaintain effective project governance and reporting standards across the Group.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks, operational challenges, and implementation bottlenecks.\nDevelop project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, and implementation strategies.\nMonitor project progress, costs, resources, quality, and deliverables.\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.\nCoordinate project closure, handover, performance evaluation, and benefits realisation.\nCoordinate project execution across subsidiaries, departments, contractors, and consultants.\nManage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nExperience working across multiple business units, subsidiaries, or project locations is an advantage.\nMinimum of 10years' relevant project management experience, preferably managing complex,cross-functionalprojects.\nBachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.\nPMP certification is required.\nProven experience in planning, budgeting, risk management, contractor coordination, and performance reporting.\nExperience in conglomerates, engineering, manufacturing, construction, food processing, or other diversified business environments is desirable.\n\nRequired Competence:\n\nStrongbudgeting,cost-control,andreportingcapabilities.\nStrong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.\nE Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.High levels of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.\nExcellentanalytical,problem-solving,anddecision-makingabilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Project, PrimaveraP6, or equivalent project
