We provide end-to-end recruitment solutions, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews and placement, helping organizations build strong teams while providing job seekers with suitable career opportunities.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Sales Manager\n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThis role will directly enable the company to offer value-added products and inventory financing to businesses within Nigeria’s cold-chain ecosystem.\nThe ideal candidate must have 2–4 years’ experience, with a proven track record as a Sales Manager in top frozen food companies such as Valentine Chicken, Obasanjo Farms, Chi/Vita Chicken, or other major cold-chain businesses.\nThis individual will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with major players in the frozen food ecosystem, particularly those selling, distributing, or managing frozen products and refrigeration assets.\nWe require someone who fully understands how cold-chain supply flows, how freezers are sold across the value chain, and how distributors operate.\nWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the frozen food supply chain to lead our cold-chain inventory financing initiative.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCold Chain & Supply Chain Intelligence:\n\nProvide expert insight into how frozen food distribution works in practice.\nMap out the frozen food supply chain (producers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers) and identify financing opportunities.\nEvaluate product movement patterns to determine credit needs and risk levels.\n\nSales & Partner Acquisition:\n\nBuild strong relationships with key industry players such as Valentine Chicken, Obasanjo Farms, and other major brands.\nIdentify and onboard high-quality frozen food distributors, cold-chain operators, and retail outlets.\nPitch and promote financing products and value-added solutions tailored to cold-chain businesses.\n\nInventory Financing Growth:\n\nDrive adoption of our inventory financing solution across the frozen food value chain.\nWork with internal teams (Risk, Operations, Collections) to structure financing limits for partners.\nMonitor customer performance, inventory movement, credit usage, and repayments.\n\nFreezer & Equipment Sales Collaboration:\n\nIdentify customers who can grow through freezer acquisition, and align them with financing opportunities.\nWork with freezer vendors, distributors, and dealers to integrate equipment into financing models.\nUnderstand how freezer sales drive volume and demand in the cold-chain sector.\n\nValue Addition to Our Database:\n\nProvide insights to strengthen our cold-chain portfolio strategy.\nBuild a strong database of verified frozen food distributors who qualify for inventory financing.\nProfile customers by capacity, product volumes, creditworthiness, and freezer requirements.\n\nStrategic Market Expansion:\n\no Track competitor activity and cold-chain trends to maintain our leadership position.\no Evaluate partnerships with farms, processing plants, and frozen food brands.\no Recommend new products, market entry strategies, and cold-chain financing innovations.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications Experience\n\n2 -
