Our INSIS platform lets insurers run their whole business on one system, from policy and claims through to billing. We're looking for a Project Manager to lead INSIS implementations for clients around the world.Your responsibilities\nLead one or more implementation projects end to end - from Initiation to go-live and handover to Support\nOwn the plan, budget and margin of your projects, and deliver them on time, on budget and to the agreed quality\nManage scope and change requests, risks, issues and dependencies\nRun project governance with clients and partners: steering committees, status reporting, escalations\nLead cross-functional teams of business consultants, developers and partners\nHelp presales make sure what we sell is realistic and deliverable\nApply our implementation methodology pragmatically, adapting it to each project\nWhat you bring to the table\n3+ years managing IT or software implementation projects\nBachelor's degree\nFluent English, written and spoken\nSolid knowledge of project methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and project governance\nExperience managing project budgets, effort and margin\nWillingness to travel to client sitesNICE TO HAVE\n\n5+ years of project management experience\nExperience in insurance, or implementing core insurance or other enterprise systems (INSIS knowledge is a plus)\nPMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or similar certification\nExperience with international clients and implementation partners\nMS Project, Jira, ConfluenceDon't tick every box?
