Work alongside top lawyers and legal professionals to make a difference servicing our clients with a full range of trademark and brand management services. Join our team where you will make an impact and be rewarded for contributing to the firm’s success.Job Description:\nWhat you would do:\nManage US and Foreign Prosecution Filings.\nConduct and review trademark searches and draft opinion letters for attorney review.\nPrepare trademark status summary reports.\nPrepare extension requests, statements of use, declarations of use and incontestability, renewal applications.\nPrepare and record assignment documentation.\nPrepare foreign filing cost estimates.\nCompile documentation required for foreign filings.\nCorrespond with foreign associates on filing and prosecuting applications and renewing registrations.\nPrepare and/or obtain documents for legalization. \nAssist with recording trademarks with Customs and Border Protection.\nAssist with registration, maintenance and transfer of domain names.\nAssist with copyright filings. \nWhat is expected:\nEnergetic, organized, detail orientated and disciplined with the willingness to work hard.\nAbility to work well independently and as part of a team, through effective communication strategies.\nAbility to manage workflow and work under tight deadlines and other time constraints, with competing and shifting priorities.\nAbility to bill 1550 hours annually.\nAbility to effectively manage projects.\nWhat we offer:\nFlexible working environment for work-life success\nOpportunity to participate in firm-sponsored volunteer events\nWellness programming with personalized content and activities\nProfessional environment and the opportunity to work with experts at the top of their fields\nVariety of health plan options, as well as dental, vision and 401(k) plans\nGenerous paid time off\nThe anticipated initial hourly rate for someone who is hired into this position is $45.00- $52.00/hour based on a 37.5 hour a week schedule.\nActual initial hourly rate may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled, in all cases consistent with applicable law. This is a non-exempt role paid on an hourly basis.
