Creating carefully curated spaces paired with excellence in service to delight the most sophisticated guests as they are indulged by the FAENA Culture.\nJOB OVERVIEW\nClean and maintain all items and surfaces in designated areas, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \nMaintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.\nMaintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.\nMaintain positive guest and resident relations at all times.\nResolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.\nClean all public hotel space including front entrance, lobby areas, restaurants, public restrooms, elevators, guest hallways pool areas and service areas including employee locker rooms, offices and Housekeeping department.\nMonitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas\nClean designated areas with proper chemicals, tools and equipment.\nEnsure that nothing is stored in stairwells and are clean.\nTransport any food and beverage trays/items in public areas to service areas.\nCheck under furniture for debris and remove if present; reposition furniture to correct floor plan.\nInspect condition of all furniture for tears, rips and stains and report damages to Supervisor. Dust and polish all woodwork.\nRemove all dust, debris and foreign particles from upholstered furniture, including crevices and under cushions.\nRemove dust on drapes weekly and realign to correct position daily.\nInspect condition of planters and plants; remove debris, polish planters.\nRemove dust, dirt, marks and fingerprints from doors and door frames.\nRemove stains, scuff marks, and dust from baseboards, ledges and corners.\nPolish all brass surfaces.\nPHYSICAL ABILITIES\nAbility to grasp, lift, move, or push goods on cart/truck weighing up to 40 to 60 pounds.\nAbility to move safely in uneven terrain or in confined spaces.\nAbility to see and respond dangerous to situations.\nRequires mobility. Sense of smell, taste, touch, and sound.
