This individual will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality, reliable clinical data through the design, implementation, and oversight of data management processes. The role requires close collaboration with clinical operations, biostatistics, medical, and external vendors.\nReports to: Chief Medical Officer\nLocation: Remote (U.S.)\nResponsibilities:\nLead day-to-day data management activities for assigned clinical trials (Phase 2 and Phase 1b)\nOversee CRO and vendor data management deliverables to ensure timelines, quality, and compliance\nReview and contribute to key study documents, including:\nData Management Plans (DMPs)\nCase Report Forms (CRFs) / eCRFs\nEdit check specifications\nData transfer specifications\nManage database build, UAT, and database lock activities\nEnsure data integrity, consistency, and completeness through ongoing data review and cleaning\nMonitor query generation and resolution timelines\nPerform data review, listings review, and support medical data review activities\nCollaborate with biostatistics on data standards (e.g., CDISC/SDTM) and analysis datasets\nEnsure compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs\nSupport inspection readiness and participate in audits/inspections as needed\nContribute to process improvements and best practices in data management\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, or related field (advanced degree a plus)\n5-8 years of clinical data management experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings\nExperience supporting early- to mid-phase clinical trials (Phase 1-2 required)\nHands-on experience with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva, Oracle InForm)\nStrong understanding of clinical data standards (CDISC, SDTM)\nExperience managing CROs and external vendors\nFamiliarity with oncology trials is preferred\nKnowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nCompensation Range: $125,000 - $175,000 (actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications and location)\nWorking at Faeth\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and equity in a well-funded, clinical-stage biotech\n100% remote work and flexible schedule\nHealth, dental, and vision for you and your dependents\nFlexible time off\nGenerous parental leave\nTraditional and Roth 401k \nMission oriented, remote first culture\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company.
