We are a small, focused team where every person has direct impact - united by a shared commitment to care deeply, create boldly, and never stop learning.\nThe HR Lead will own all aspects of Human Resources, People Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Compliance, and Employee Relations,. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced biotech environment and enjoys building scalable processes while serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership. \nReports to: Chief of Staff\nLocation: Remote (U.S.)\nResponsibilities:\nLead all onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.\nServe as the primary point of contact for employee questions and support.\nManage compensation planning, benchmarking, and market analyses.\nOwn equity administration and equity planning processes.\nManage annual compensation review cycles and salary adjustments.\nAdminister employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships.\nManage and oversee the company’s 401(k) program, including establishment and administration of a 401(k) committee.\nServe as system administrator for HRIS platforms and related people systems.\nManage payroll preparation and coordinate with payroll providers.\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR data and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.\nOversee leave administration, including parental, medical, and other protected leaves.\nLead and administer the annual performance review process.\nLead learning and development programs that support employee growth and leadership development.\nLead company-wide communications and employee engagement activities.\nOrganize and facilitate All Hands meetings, team lunches, happy hours, and company events.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.\n5+ years of progressive HR experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.\nStrong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations.\nExperience managing compensation programs, benchmarking, and equity administration.\nExperience administering HRIS systems and payroll processes.\nDemonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong project management and organizational abilities.\nAbility to operate effectively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting venture-backed or high-growth biotech companies.\nExperience with Radford compensation surveys and benchmarking.\nExperience working with Boards of Directors and Compensation Committees.\nSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.\nExperience managing immigration processes and employment-related legal matters.\nCompensation Range: $130,000 - $160,000 (actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications and location)\nWorking at Faeth\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and equity in a well-funded, clinical-stage biotech\n100% remote work and flexible schedule\nHealth, dental, and vision for you and your dependents\nFlexible time off\nGenerous parental leave\nTraditional and Roth 401k \nMission oriented, remote first culture\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company.
