Mgr.-Lab Sr. or designee and supports the Laboratory Outreach Program acting as a liaison to all clients, patients, and providers in our primary and secondary market areas. Duties include responding to and solving problems related to laboratory specimen procurement, test ordering, result delivery and billing, Incumbents are expected to provide support for all areas of the Laboratory, including all hospital sites pathology, SPG offices and all Outreach Patient Service Centers as well as the mobile outreach team. Additional responsibilities include careful documentation and follow up of all patient and client related activity, investigation and resolution of work queue exceptions, and participation in any Laboratory related Quality events.
