Responsible for the supervision of assigned clerical staff including implementation of policies and procedures and compliance with Federal Trade Commission Red Flag Rules and all regulatory requirements. Responsible to perform clerical and related activities as part of daily duties. Duties include oversight of customer service, workflow, communication, staff development, radiology safety and personal development.Qualifications\nEqual to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training.\n Associates degree preferred.\nDuties require a thorough knowledge of Medical Terminology.\nRadiology office experience preferred.\nOperational experience with various office equipment and experience with department/hospital computer systems (ie.
