As well as ensuring a positive representation of the brand by utilizing business tools and market-specific insight to maximize results of the four key areas of the business: People, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSales\nCustomer Focused\nCreate a store environment embodying our core value of Spreading Good Vibes.\nProcess in-store sales, returns and exchanges.\nDrive Guest Capture & Retention\nManage client outreach via personalized communication.\nMaintain up-to-date client information, requests and product feedback.\nAssist in the planning & execution of in-store events.\nAction Oriented, Drive Results, Resourceful\nAnalyze key business metrics to identify performance improvement opportunities.\nUtilize business tools as well as personal market-specific insight to drive results.\nOperations\nManage Operational Excellence\nCash Management - Track and account for cash procedures including, but not limited to: opening & closing cash registers, bank deposits, change orders…etc\nUtilize available resources consistently & effectively.\nCollaborate with Leadership Team for monthly supply orders.\nSupport in Monthly Store Assessment\nPrepare store & team to ensure the success within your four walls.\nCommunicate successes and opportunities to Store Leader.\nVisuals\nDrive Visual Standards\nMaintain a neat, clean and organized salesfloor & register area.\nRepresent and reinforce brand standards in a positive manner through strong visual presentation.\nHelp support floor moves based on seasonal roll-outs.\nPartner with the team daily to ensure the floor is fully restocked based on sell-through.\nPeople\nMotivate & Inspire\nUphold & drive goals, fostering a positive atmosphere for all.\nChampion high standards that empower others to excel within the store & company at large.\nRecognize and highlight individual & team performance.\nCommunicate effectively.\nCollaborate & builds trust.\nPhysical Requirements\nAvailable when we are open for business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nAble to bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.\nComfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time.\nWhat you’ll have:\nMultiple years leadership experience in a similar scope; hi-growth direct to consumer retail brands preferred.
