We're Hiring: Functional Analyst (Financial Aid Systems)

Location: Remote | India

Type: Contract


We are hiring for a private equity client that acquires enterprise software companies and builds them into high-growth businesses using a proprietary operating model and AI-powered technology. This role sits in one of their higher-education software companies, which is investing in its delivery team.


What You Will Do


  • Lead client demos, discovery, training, and validation sessions
  • Gather and document requirements, business processes, and workflows
  • Configure the software to match each client's future-state processes
  • Troubleshoot issues and work with developers to resolve them quickly


What You Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years in financial aid or financial aid systems management
  • Experience with system configuration, data conversion, and implementation projects
  • Strong communication skills, comfort training groups, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence
