In this role, you'll be the primary business partner for supervisors and employees, helping drive recruiting, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce engagement initiatives.\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy partnering with leaders to solve challenges, and want to make a visible impact, we'd love to hear from you.\nDays:\nMonday to Friday\nBenefits for Full Time Employees:\nSalary Range: $68,000-$81,000 annually dependant on experience\nMedical, Dental and Vison insurance\n401(k) plan with Employer Match\nPaid Vacation\nPaid Sick Time\nPaid Holidays\nTuition Reimbursement Program\nEmployee Assistance Program\nResponsibilities\n1.Recruitment and Staffing\nCoordinate full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions.\nPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.\nPost job openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.\nPlan new hire orientation and onboarding activities.\nMaintain relationships with staffing agencies, technical schools, and community organizations.\nEmployee Relations\nServe as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.\nInvestigate employee complaints and workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.\nSupport conflict resolution and corrective action processes.\nPromote employee engagement and retention initiatives.\nAssist supervisors in interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.\nCompliance and Administration\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\nMaintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records.\nAssist with policy development, implementation, and communication.\nSupport audits and reporting requirements.\nAdminister leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and other leave requests.\nBenefits\nAssist with benefits enrollment, employee education, and administration.\nRespond to employee benefit inquiries and coordinate with benefit providers.\nTraining and Development\nCoordinate employee training programs, including safety, compliance, and leadership development.\nAssist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.\n Manufacturing Workforce Support\nPartner with production leadership to support staffing levels across shifts.\nAssist with attendance management and workforce scheduling initiatives.\nSupport labor relations activities, if applicable.\nParticipate in safety programs and collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) personnel.\nHelp drive employee engagement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nMiscellaneous\nOther non-essential duties may be assigned as necessary. \nFollow all relevant Quality and / or Environmental standards to which Fair Rite is certified\nFollow all O.S.H.A. standards and the F/R Safety and Health Policy\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field\n3+ years of Human Resources experience\nStrong employee relations and investigation experience\nKnowledge of employment law, FMLA, ADA, and HR compliance\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills\nAbility to balance employee advocacy with business needs\nManufacturing, industrial, distribution, or production environment experience preferred\nBonus Points For\nSHRM-CP or PHR certification\nExperience supporting hourly workforces\nCompany Website\nWWW.FAIR-RITE.COM\nCompany Profile\nReady to Make an Impact?\nIf you're looking for an opportunity where your HR expertise will influence culture, strengthen teams, and help drive business success, we encourage you to apply today.\nJoin us and help create a workplace where employees thrive and businesses succeed.\nWhy Fair-Rite?\nFair-Rite Products Corp. is a family-owned business that was formed in 1952 in Wallkill, New York USA.
