Come build your future with us!\nAbout the Role\nAs a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a team dedicated to keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.\nThe Maintenance Supervisor at Newport Apartment Homes is eligible for a 100% apartment allowance if living on-site.\nWhat You'll Do\nBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus.\nProperty Maintenance\nOversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property.\nSchedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs.\nRespond to after-hours emergencies as needed.\nOperations\nManage service requests using Yardi or similar software.\nMaintain budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies.\nEnsure compliance with safety and company policies.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and develop a diverse maintenance team.\nProvide feedback and coaching for performance improvement.\nDeliver exceptional customer service to residents.\nWhy You'll Love Fairfield\nWe're all about creating communities that people are proud to call home. Associates hired without a CPO certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire.\nThree or more years’ hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.\nSupervisory experience required.\nExperience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.\nStrong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.\nAbility to read, write, understand and communicate in English.\nA valid driver's license is required. \nJoin Our Team!\nReady to make an impact? Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
