Data is the product - and how well we build the pipeline behind it is the business.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn finance end-to-end for the India entity - budgeting, forecasting, expense and invoice management, and financial reporting that's accurate and audit-ready.\nBuild the playbook: design and own the internal processes and documentation that keep us consistent as we scale, not just today.\nOwn operational execution - vendor management, data tracking, and internal requests - and proactively fix inefficiencies before they cost us.\nOwn financial and operational data across spreadsheets and internal tools, keeping it clean, structured, and decision-ready.\nTake full, end-to-end ownership of finance and ops projects - from scoping to delivery, with no hand-holding required.\nBe the person other teams come to when a cross-functional operational or financial problem needs solving.\nWork directly with leadership on reporting, compliance, and building processes that hold up as we grow.\nWhat We're Looking For:\n5+ years of experience in finance, operations, accounting, or a similar role - owning systems end to end\nMBA (Finance), CA, or CMA.\nReal ownership mentality - this is core to the role, not optional.
