This role will also partner with other HR team members to ensure successful execution of projects, rollouts and initiatives.\nresponsibilities:\nOffer frontline HR support and guidance to employees by addressing questions, resolving concerns and facilitating positive workplace interactions\nAccurately enter and maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems, including new hires, terminations, promotions, disciplinary actions, reporting structure changes, and other personnel updates\nPerform routine data audits and regular and ad hoc reporting\nFacilitate the onboarding of new hires and completion of all e-paperwork in a timely manner\nCompile and prepare payroll-related data for processing and reporting\nAdminister leave of absence processes in collaboration with the HR Manager\nAssist with employee relations, investigations, and terminations\nConduct exit interviews and ensure constructive feedback is gathered and utilized effectively\nAssist with the planning of company-wide events and community engagement programs and events\nPartner with the HR Manager to support the planning, coordination and communication of key HR programs\nRespond to inquiries from outside the company such as employment verifications and unemployment\nPartner with supervisors and managers to uphold the integrity and accuracy of employee timekeeping and attendance\nChampion continuous improvement by identifying enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience\nSupport high volume hourly recruitment and interview process including pre-employment testing, application and phone screens, coordinating interviews, and pre-employment drug screening.\nMaintains Human Resources communication boards and information sections in breakrooms including posted/awarded positions, and organization chart photos section\nAssists with communication of Company events, new employees, & other important information\nPerform other duties as assigned\nskills/qualifications required:\n1-3 years’ experience in an HR coordinator or similar HR support role\nPossess strong analytical and organizational skills\nPossess a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet strict deadlines\nProficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite\nClear, concise and approachable written and verbal communication\nHigh level of confidentiality and professionalism\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritized effectively\nKnowledge of state and federal employment law\nAbility to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment\nComfortable adapting to shifting priorities, production demands, and organizational changes\nWilling to shift hours to support the 24/7 operations\nProficiency in English: Comfortable with both written and verbal communication, including reading and writing.\nhow fairlife nourishes you:\nAt fairlife, we believe in better - and that includes how we support our people.
