You will use various tools to support the sales team in demonstrating how the solution works and the value and ROI it generates. This role reports to the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting and plays a key part in supporting the sales team through technical expertise and value demonstration.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with the sales team to provide solution expertise and support during the sales process.\nUnderstand customer pain points and map them to Fairmarkit’s capabilities, demonstrating the value of our platform.\nDeliver compelling solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs\nCollaborate with prospects to develop business cases quantifying Fairmarkit’s ROI\nWork with customers on integration design workshops (e.g., ERP, procurement systems) and answer technical, security and compliance questions.\nAssist in the creation and presentation of business cases to prospective clients.\nSupport RFP responses, including documentation and asset creation.\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.\nExperience & Industry Knowledge\nAt least 4+ years in Pre-Sales, Enterprise Customer Success, or Consulting roles\nStrong understanding of the Source-to-Pay process\nExperience with Procurement Technology is a big plus\nTechnical & Business Acumen\nAbility to discuss integration strategies and technical aspects of Fairmarkit\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and sales enablement tools\nCommunication & Presentation Skills\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong presentation and demonstration abilities\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating across multiple teams.\nA problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset.\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to travel occasionally for customer meetings as well as industry events.\nFor this role, we are looking for a candidate based in the United States within the Eastern Time Zone: Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, or the portions of Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Tennessee that observe Eastern Time. \nRemote work opportunities may be limited to designated states. The compensation range for this position is $154,000 - $185,000 (including bonus) + equity, and benefits. This range is provided in accordance with applicable U.S. pay transparency laws.
