be in charge of selling Fairmat’s materials in several markets (Sporting Goods, Construction, Automotive etc...) :\n1/ Business Development: Ignite Sales Growth\nIdentify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities across Europe and Asia\nMap key markets, build target lists, and develop outreach strategies aligned with our sector priorities\nRepresent Fairmat at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our value proposition\nCollaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor outreach and pitch materials to vertical-specific needs\nEstablish channel partnerships or OEM collaborations where strategic\n2/ Sales Execution & Deal Closure: Seal 4 to 8 Contracts Annually\nLead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature, with C-level and technical stakeholders\nUnderstand technical and commercial requirements and translate them into winning proposals\nPrepare and present compelling offers, including pricing, terms, lead times, and logistics\nNegotiate contracts and framework agreements that align with company strategy and margin goals\nEnsure smooth handover to operations and customer success teams post-closing\n3/ Account Management & Expansion\nServe as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring high satisfaction and responsiveness\nDevelop multi-stakeholder relationships to strengthen account stickiness\nMonitor account performance, gather feedback, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities\nManage renewals and contract extensions, working to increase account lifetime value\nProvide accurate revenue forecasts and contribute to budgeting exercises\n4/ Internal Collaboration & Reporting\nReport regularly on pipeline, KPIs, and deal progression using our CRM\nShare client insights with the Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to help shape roadmap and delivery\nContribute to continuous improvement of sales playbooks and go-to-market tactics\nActively participate in team rituals and knowledge
