Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe to prepare soups, salads, gravies, desserts, sauces, or entrees\nAssisting in keeping freezers, walk-ins, and other storage areas in proper cleanliness and order; maintain proper rotation\nAssisting in ensuring that all foods are covered, labeled, initialed, and stored properly\nPracticing safe food handling techniques\nMaintaining cleanliness of workstation and kitchen overall\nAssisting with the cleanliness of the casino property Front and Heart of House\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nMust be 21 years of age or older\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board\nMust be a high school graduate or equivalent\n6 months or more years related experience or training preferred\nMust be Food Handler Certified\nBase Pay Range:\n19.00\nThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
