From live racing tradition to modern entertainment, there's always something exciting happening at Fairmount Park is Casino & Racing!\nJob Description:\nSUMMARY\nAs an EVS Supervisor, you will play a huge role in the welcoming experience of our guests by creating a clean and safe environment.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssist with developing, implementing, and enforcing, policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, internal controls, Company policies and procedures, and organizational goals\nSelect, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action\nMonitor labor resources to ensure maximum effectiveness in guest services\nProduce and maintain a clean and safe environment\nMake suggestions for improvements in operations with emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction, generating revenue, and minimizing costs\nInvestigate and resolve guest and team member complaints related to the EVS matters\nConduct and document inspections of public areas of the property to ensure all is cleaned and well maintained\nEnsure storage closets are properly stocked with supplies and all equipment is properly maintained\nIssues and collects master keys\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMust be 21 years of age or older\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board\nHigh school or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred\nMust be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite\nMust have excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills\nMust have excellent problem-solving skills and must be able to work with shifting priorities\nMust be able to work flexible shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holiday\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT\nFrequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time\nOccasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high\nFrequently required to lift items up to 30 pounds\nOccasionally required to push or move items up to 100 lbs\nFrequently required to reach overhead\nOccasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of time\nYou may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations in this position.\nBase Pay Range:\n50,000.00 - $55,000.00\nThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.\nVoluntary full-time employment benefits include medical, dental, and vision; life, AD&D, critical illness, and hospital insurance; short and long-term disability; identity/legal protection; as well as access to FSA and HSA accounts.
