From live racing tradition to modern entertainment, there's always something exciting happening at Fairmount Park is Casino & Racing!\nJob Description:\nAs a Security Supervisor, you will provide a safe environment for all guests, employees, company property, and assets.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAssist in the development of the security team through training, scheduling, conducting evaluations, and issuing corrective action\nSupervise and manage Security Officers\nInitiate the review of Security Incident Reports\nOversee the physical security of the casino and company assets\nResponsible for the physical safety of guests, employees, and company assets\nEscort cash, chips, and table drops as needed\nReport any criminal or suspicious activity without hesitation\nEnsure the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and Company policies and procedures\nCommunicate any violations of Company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements\nSafeguard the overall integrity of gaming\nDeliver superior guest service\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nMust be 21 years of age or older\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board\nHigh school or equivalent required\nCollege or military education preferred\nPrior security, safety, or loss prevention experience preferred\nTwo or more year’s related experience preferred.\nPrevious supervisory experience preferred\nMust have excellent customer service skills\nStrong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required\nMust have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays\nPhysical Demands:\nFrequently required to walk, run, kneel, stretch, push, twist, bend, and lift.\nRequires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight\nRequires manual dexterity to conduct repairs on slot machines\nWork Environment:\nThe work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.\nBase Pay Range:\n$50,000- $55,000\nThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.\nVoluntary full-time employment benefits include medical, dental, and vision; life, AD&D, critical illness, and hospital insurance; short and long-term disability; identity/legal protection; as well as access to FSA and HSA accounts.
