Cold Caller

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided lead lists, CRM systems, marketing campaigns, referrals, and other lead sources.

-Qualify prospective customers by identifying needs, purchasing interest, decision-making authority, budget considerations, and buying timelines.

-Present company products and services over the phone, effectively communicating features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to customer needs.

-Manage the sales process from initial contact through qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and successful sale conversion.

-Build rapport and establish positive customer relationships to increase trust, engagement, and sales opportunities.

-Achieve or exceed established sales quotas, revenue targets, conversion metrics, and other key performance indicators.

-Follow approved call guides and sales methodologies while utilizing effective consultative selling techniques.

-Address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and recommend solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.

-Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, pipeline updates, and outcomes within the CRM system.

-Conduct timely follow-up calls and communications to nurture prospects and maximize sales conversion opportunities.

-Collaborate with sales, quality, training, and operations teams to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.

-Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, promotions, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position solutions to customers.

-Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, buying trends, market insights, and opportunities for process improvement.

-Adhere to all company policies, procedures, client requirements, quality standards, and applicable compliance regulations during sales activities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

-Proven experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, business development, lead generation, customer retention, or customer service roles. Sales closing experience is preferred.

-Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, conversion metrics, or other performance objectives.

-Strong consultative selling, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

-Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customer purchasing decisions over the phone.

-Strong active listening and customer discovery skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

-Familiarity with CRM software, sales engagement platforms, and lead management tools.

-Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

-Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
