robotic services and modern hospitality technologies.\n\nWe are looking for a motivated, responsible, and technically competent Junior IT Executive to join our IT team and support the smooth operation of hotel IT systems and infrastructure.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\ne@ Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system related issues.\n\n@ Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software and other IT equipment.\n\n@ Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, network connectivity and IT infrastructure.\n\n@ Support and troubleshoot hotel IT systems, including IPTV, PABX, CCTV, Electronic Door Lock Systems and other hospitality technologies.\n\nManage user accounts, email configurations, access permissions and password related issues.\n\nAssist with server maintenance, firewalls, system backups, Windows updates, antivirus protection and\nIT security procedures.\n\n@ Maintain proper IT asset records, technical documentation and equipment inventories.\n\nCoordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.\n\n@ Respond promptly to IT support requests to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.\n\nQualifications and Requirements\n\nCurrently following or have completed a Degree/HND in Information Technology, ICT, Computer\nScience, Networking, or a related field.\n\n@ 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support.\n\n@ Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, computer hardware, software, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and\n\nnetworking.\n\nBasic knowledge of firewalls, servers, network equipment, and IT security.\n\nFamiliarity with IPTV, PABX, CCTV, Electronic Door Lock Systems and hotel IT applications will be an\n\nadvantage.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication, teamwork and time management skills.\n\nPositive attitude, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn new technologies.\n\nAbility and willingness to work on a
