In this role, you will support the financial management of projects by preparing controlling data, monitoring costs and revenue, and contributing to budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting.\nWorking closely with experienced Project Controllers, Project Managers and colleagues across the organisation, you will gain practical knowledge of project controlling while gradually taking ownership of your own tasks and processes.\n\nWhat you will do\nCollect, verify and maintain project financial data in ERP systems and reporting tools.\nSupport the preparation of project budgets, forecasts and cost-to-complete calculations.\nPrepare monthly controlling inputs, reconciliations and project reports.\nMonitor project costs, revenue and margins against budgets and forecasts.\nReview project postings, cost allocations, timesheets and supporting documentation.\nIdentify missing or inconsistent data and cooperate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.\nSupport monthly project reviews and provide explanations of key financial movements.\nAssist with invoicing readiness, cash-flow monitoring and recurring controlling processes.\nWork closely with Project Controllers, Project Managers, Accounting, Payroll, Invoicing and other departments.\nContribute to improving data quality and financial reporting processes.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, or final-year student status.\nUp to one year of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, audit or financial data analysis.
