operations by ensuring accurate employment cost calculations and compliance with payroll tax and social security regulations.\nWorking closely with Global Mobility, Finance, HR, Legal and Sales teams, you will help assess the costs of international assignments, support business decisions and ensure compliance with local requirements across different markets.\n\nWhat will you do?\nCalculate and assess employment costs for international assignments, considering local labour regulations, minimum wages, payroll taxes and other relevant factors\nSupport regional Sales teams in determining employment costs for offers and bids, including comparing different forms of employment\nOversee global payroll tax and social security compliance, ensuring accurate calculations, reporting, payments and registrations across countries\nCollaborate with external tax, payroll and HR advisors to address local requirements and resolve cross-border employment and tax matters\nSupport payroll operations by reviewing calculations, reconciling payroll costs and reserves, and identifying discrepancies\nAct as a key user of payroll systems and support the application of relevant tax regimes and allowances for international assignments\n\nWhat will help you succeed in this role?\nA degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field\nAt least 7 years of professional experience in a corporate environment\nKnowledge of payroll taxation, social security contributions and employment costs across different countries\nUnderstanding of accounting procedures, financial regulations and local employment requirements\nExperience in calculating employment costs and working with different forms of employment\nGood Excel skills and confidence working with data and complex calculations\nExperience with payroll systems; knowledge of Shoreline/PMS or similar systems will be an advantage\nStrong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail\nGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher\n\nWhat can you expect from this role?\nInternational exposure: Collaborate with teams and
