It's about making things happen on site, taking ownership, and delivering results in a demanding operational environment. \nWe are looking for a Project Manager who takes full accountability, understands how projects actually run in the field, and is comfortable being responsible for both execution and results, including financial outcomes. \nThis role is about delivery, ownership and accountability, not just coordination. \nThe role starts in Q1 2027. The conversation starts now.\nWe know that the best Project Managers are rarely available overnight. That's why we're starting the recruitment process early, giving both sides time to get to know each other, discuss future opportunities, and ensure the right match before the planned start date in Q1 2027. \nWhat you'll be doing\nTake full accountability for project delivery, from planning through execution to final close-out. \nEnsure projects are delivered in line with scope, timeline, budget and quality standards. \nMaintain full visibility and ownership of project financials, including:\nmonthly financial reporting,\ninvoicing,\nwork-in-progress (WIP),\naccounts receivable and follow-ups.\nAct as the main point of contact for clients and ensure structured, transparent communication. \nWork closely with site teams, operations, engineering and subcontractors to drive execution. \nProactively manage risks, changes, delays and commercial topics. \nEnsure handover quality, documentation and project closure standards are met. \nDrive problem-solving on a daily basis and take ownership when things do not go as planned. \nEnsure compliance with HSE and quality standards throughout project execution. \nWho we're looking for\nProven experience in project management within wind energy, preferably in Service, Major Component Exchange (MCE), offshore operations or related technical field services. \nStrong execution mindset. You understand how projects run on site, not only on paper. \nHigh level of accountability and ownership for results and decisions. \nSolid understanding of:\nproject financials,\nbudgeting,\nforecasting,\ncost control. \nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment. \nStrong communication skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach. \nAbility to stay in control and make decisions in challenging situations. \nClient-focused mindset and ability to build trust quickly. \nVery good English. Additional European languages are considered an advantage. \nWillingness to travel and be present where the project is. \nWhat you get\nReal ownership.
