I will ensure that all projects meet quality, safety, timeline, and financial objectives while satisfying client expectations. Additionally, I will promote consistency and excellence by applying global frameworks and company standards across all regions, aligned with the company’s strategy.\nYour responsibilities will be:\nProject Planning & Preparation\nDefine project scope, execution plans, resources, equipment, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.\nIdentify risks early and establish preventive measures.\nProject Execution & Resource Coordination\nCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure timely, efficient delivery within scope and budget.\nManage project schedules, milestones, scope changes, delays, variations, and Extension of Time (EoT) claims.\nMaintain strong client relationships, oversee commercial matters, resolve operational challenges, and support site teams.\nPerformance & Financial Oversight\nMonitor project performance, budgets, expenditures, cash flow, and financial forecasts.\nManage contractual obligations, claims, cost control, and financial reporting to achieve project objectives.\nQuality, HSE & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with contractual requirements, company standards, local regulations, and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively manage project risks.\nProject Completion & Evaluation\nLead or support project closure and performance reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.\nEvaluate project outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.\nYou will need:\nProven experience as a Project Manager in wind energy service and maintenance projects.\nAbility to independently manage end-to-end projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and team leadership.\nSolid understanding of financial control, project execution, HSE requirements, and quality standards in industrial environments.\nFluency in English;
