Coordinator to join Paulina Olenkowicz-Królasik's team and help deliver outstanding training programmes, events and participant experiences.\nIf you love organising events, coordinating people, managing multiple projects and creating great customer experiences, this role might be for you.\nWhat you'll be doing\nTaking ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of training programmes, conferences, company events and external activities.\nCreating exceptional experiences for participants, customers and partners.\nCoordinating schedules, registrations, logistics and communications.\nActing as a key point of contact for participants, trainers, customers and vendors.\nProviding administrative and operational support to other Group functions as required, contributing to the efficient delivery of business activities across FairWind.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.\nSupporting the team in delivering high-quality projects and events.\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience in event coordination, marketing, project coordination, customer experience or training administration.\nStrong organisational and communication skills.\nA proactive approach and attention to detail.\nConfidence working with multiple stakeholders.\nFluent English.\nThe ability to stay calm when an event starts in ten minutes and
