You will cooperate with our sales, engineering and delivery teams to devise and oversee custom-made AI projects from beginning to end while guiding our clients in becoming increasingly data-driven.\nSome key responsibilities:\nSuccessfully pitch and showcase AI solutions to clients and stakeholders.\n\nDiscover new business possibilities and maintain enduring client relationships.\n\nGrasp client needs and opportunities and convert them into actionable goals for the technical and data teams.\n\nYou are your clients’ trusted advisor and are on top of the art of the possible in AI.\n\nCollaborate with management, sales and engineering teams using your analytical and communication skills.\n\nBuild business cases for AI projects, ensuring value creation remains a top priority throughout project execution.\n\nWork towards an improved organizational setup around solution design & project delivery and contribute to our knowledge-driven culture.\n\nOperate with current clients in rapidly changing environments on a medium to long-term basis.\n\nPartner with the sales department to generate proposals, pinpoint possible solutions, create business cases and build an AI Project Roadmap for your clients.\n\nOversee project results, resources, schedules, and budgets to secure successful outcomes.\n\nOrganize meetings with stakeholders, technical specialists, and team members.\n\nProtect user, technical, legal, ethical, and security standards.\n\nProduce project documentation and facilitate post-project meetings to evaluate project learnings.\n\nCo-Evaluate team performance during and after projects and distill actionable learnings going forward.\n\nCollaborate with the marketing and lead generation team to support brand recognition, external knowledge sharing and generate leads.\n\nRepresent Faktion at local events, offering insights and ideas as a speaker.\n\nAt Faktion we build AI, and we use it thoughtfully in our own processes too. Just ask, we're happy to explain.\nRequirements\nMaster's Degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Management, Business Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Programming.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in an IT company as a product or project manager, presales, technology consultant, business developer or similar role.\n\nPrior experience managing data science projects or as a product owner is big plus.\n\nRobust analytical skills, capable of aligning use cases with customer requirements.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in native Dutch and English (French is a plus).\n\nProficient in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.\n\nBroad understanding of machine learning, data-related domains, and their practical applications for customer benefit.\n\nExceptional time management skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\nFollowing experiences are a plus:\nPassionate and constantly learning about technology, data, and AI with a deep interest in data-driven organizations.\n\nFocused on delivering solutions, creating substantial value, and obtaining concrete results for clients.\n\nA goal-driven team player capable of working independently, collaborating with experts from diverse units, and expressing opinions constructively.\n\nA problem-solver and excellent \"chess player', always thinking how to best fit all the pieces of the puzzle together.\n\nHands-on, entrepreneurial getting things done attitude.
