Depending on your experience, you'll own individual features, drive technical decisions or help lead projects from architecture through delivery.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign, build and deploy scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, React and Node.js.\n\nTranslate complex requirements into practical technical solutions, working closely with AI/ML engineers, product managers and client stakeholders.\n\nTake ownership of software quality through code reviews, testing, documentation and architectural decisions.\n\nBuild and maintain APIs, integrations and data-intensive applications.\n\nAutomate development, testing and deployment through CI/CD and engineering tooling.\n\nMonitor, maintain and improve production systems, including performance fixing and incident resolution.\n\nShare knowledge, mentor colleagues and contribute to the technical direction of projects.\n\nExplore new technologies and contribute to improving how we build software.\n\nHow we build software\nWe believe great software comes from strong engineering fundamentals, sound technical judgement and the right tools.\n\nAI coding agents are part of our everyday workflow. We use them to explore solutions, implement features, write tests and improve code quality. Engineers remain responsible for the architecture, decisions and quality of everything that ships.\n\nWe continuously experiment with new tools and approaches, sharing what works across our teams. This includes improving our development tooling, automation and practices to make engineers more effective.\n\nWe're interested in engineers who understand where AI tools add value, where they fall short and how to use them responsibly.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you bring\n5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong hands-on TypeScript, React and Node.js.\n\nExperience building APIs with NestJS or a comparable backend framework.\n\nSolid knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including data modelling, schema design and performance.\n\nExperience deploying applications to Azure, AWS or GCP using CI/CD, Docker and related tooling. Preferably experience with Terraform.\n\nPractical experience with AI coding agents on real codebases and a good understanding of their strengths and limitations.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, technical judgement and attention to software quality.\n\nNative-level Dutch and fluent English, written and spoken.
