As our Account Manager for EMEA, you'll own the relationship with existing customers across the region, from high-growth startups to some of our largest European accounts. You'll run renewals and recontracting, find new workloads, and handle every contract in your book.\nLocation: Istanbul, Turkey (remote, full-time contractor)\nTerritory: Europe, Middle East & Africa\nWhat you'll do\nDrive retention and growth: run renewal cycles so they close on time, with larger commitments where it makes sense.\n\nExpand accounts: find new teams, use cases and workloads inside existing customers, and introduce new fal models and capabilities.\n\nOwn the contract lifecycle: handle each renewal from first outreach through negotiation, signature and execution, including EU legal, security and DPA reviews.\n\nKnow customer value: explain fal's impact, usage and ROI to customer stakeholders through regular business reviews.\n\nManage a mixed book: prioritise across many smaller, usage-based accounts and a handful of large, strategic ones.\n\nForecast and report: keep forecasts accurate and Salesforce current; work SF overlap hours with US-based teams.\n\nImprove the playbook: follow our processes and help adapt them to EMEA markets.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n3+ years in SaaS account management, renewals or customer success with a quota or retention target.\n\nExperience managing customers across several EMEA countries.\n\nStrong negotiation, deal-structuring and contract-management skills, including legal and security reviews.\n\nA record of growing accounts by finding new workloads and negotiating commercial terms.\n\nClear communication; you build trust with engineers and executives alike.\n\nOrganised enough to run a large renewal book across time zones.\n\nProfessional fluency in English.
