For developers and enterprises, fal is the foundation that makes generative media not just possible, but practical: a unified platform where high-performance inference, orchestration, and observability come together to unlock new categories of AI-native products.\nAs generative media reshapes industries across a market projected to grow by hundreds of billions over the next decade, fal is becoming the ecosystem that ambitious teams build on.\nAbout this role:\nWe’re looking for a Technical Content Marketing Manager, Infrastructure to tell the story of fal’s infrastructure, from Serverless for deploying and scaling custom AI models across thousands of GPUs, to Compute for training on large, interconnected GPU clusters.\nYou’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to turn complex technical work into content that developers and technical decision-makers actually want to read, and that makes fal the obvious place to run generative media workloads.\nSome of the most interesting work happening at fal is deep inside the infrastructure, and most of the market never sees it.\nYour job is to uncover those stories and make them impossible to miss.\nWhat you’ll do\nWrite technical blogs, landing pages, guides, tutorials, solution pages, and product launch content for Serverless and Compute\n\nWork directly with engineers to uncover interesting technical stories and turn them into clear, compelling content\n\nExplain topics like inference performance, GPU infrastructure, autoscaling, distributed workloads, model serving, training, latency, and throughput\n\nDevelop technical deep dives and architecture content that demonstrates how fal works under the hood\n\nCreate benchmarks and competitive content that clearly communicates where fal performs differently\n\nInterview customers and turn their work into technical case studies and customer stories\n\nSupport SEO and AEO by building authoritative content around the infrastructure problems developers are searching for\n\nTranslate product launches and engineering breakthroughs into narratives that resonate beyond the engineering team\n\nBuild and maintain a consistent technical voice for fal across the website, blog, and other developer-facing channels\n\nWork with Product Marketing to identify the stories and topics that will drive awareness, adoption, and demand\n\nQualifications/Nice-to-haves\nAn exceptional technical writer who can make complex systems clear without dumbing them down\n\nStrong understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, developer tools, or adjacent technical products\n\nComfortable talking with engineers about GPUs, inference, distributed systems, APIs, model serving, and performance\n\nAble to independently research technical subjects, ask the right questions, and turn engineering knowledge into polished content\n\nStrong instincts for both technical accuracy and storytelling\n\nExperience writing for developers and technical decision-makers\n\nUnderstanding of SEO/AEO and content distribution, not just writing in isolation\n\nComfortable moving quickly and publishing frequently in a fast-changing technical environment\n\nWhat we offer at fal\nInteresting and challenging work\n\nA lot of learning and growth opportunities\n\nWe offer visa sponsorship and will help you relocate to San Francisco.\n\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance (US)\n\nRegular team events and offsites\n\nCompensation\n$150,000 -
